Third sector organisations play a vital role in supporting people who experience problems with public services in Wales. In our presentation, we will explain how we want to work more closely with the sector to increase awareness of our office, promote our accessibility services and support referrals of complaints that fall within our jurisdiction.
Mae mudiadau trydydd sector yn chwarae rhan dyngedfennol mewn cefnogi pobl sy’n cael problemau â gwasanaethau cyhoeddus yng Nghymru. Yn ein cyflwyniad, byddwn yn egluro sut rydyn ni eisiau gweithio’n agosach gyda’r sector i godi ymwybyddiaeth o’n swyddfa, hyrwyddo ein gwasanaethau hygyrchedd a chefnogi atgyfeiriadau cwyno sy’n syrthio o fewn ein hawdurdodaeth.
